I am still getting to know this product, so far I am pleased with it, but with all products there has to be some negatives my biggest negative with the product is no timer and the sparatic off and back on of the unit, another is that you can not fully cut the unit off without unplugging it first.All in all I think that it was worth the price as I am not extremely in love with it yet, but who knows maybe I will get there. It makes for a great toasted sandwich just the lost of cheese is a little hard to get over but the sandwiches are definitely good, I guess I still have to use it more to figure it out.

Very pleased with this item, very easy to clean. Bought one for ourselves and one as a gift. Did a lot of research before choosing this and it paid off. Temperature control and ready light are nice features. Can do 4 items at once also. Very nice product.UPDATE: the black started to come off despite careful only plastic no metal used, called company, sent it back (plug only), new one came scratched, sent that black and got another which is fine. Overall, quality is not the best or consistent. The black comes off no matter what in time. Saw some other reviews of same thing. Still a good product, just look at it carefully and be aware.

I have been very pleased with my panini grill. It has done everything that I have tried to do so far. I even cooked the bacon I used in my panini sandwiches. The only thing I have discovered is that I have better results using thicker sliced bread. I am eager to try some different variations of what we like. I love the locking mechanism that allows me to store it without difficulty.

My favorite tool for "quick dinner" night. This appliance gets a lot of use. Both our boys know how to use this on their own and it offers a great consistent cooking service. Great quality and beautiful product as well. One minor complaint---You cannot turn it off, you have to unplug it. Easy clean up. Of course we use the proper tools and cleaning process.
