Got this for my 77yr old dad, because he puts things on the cooker then walks away & forgets he had something on, but the alarm barely rang for 2 Sr I did (more of a ping) & he did hear it in his pocket, waste of money, have to buy another one

Looks well made. Classy finish. Works perfectly (as long as you wind clockwise to 55min then back to time required!!! this winds the clockwork mechanism). Muted tick & loud ring 2-3 secs. Diameter is approx 6cm. Will free stand or can be wall mounted with double sided tape (not supplied). So much easier & quicker to use than my fancy electronic timer.

Dont waste you time and money on these. They are flimsy and don't work. The first one arrived didnt work. Amazon sent a replacement....that didnt work either. Bought a different one from Tesco for £2.50 which was robust and worked fine. Be warned !

What a relief to have a simple timer that works. not fiddling for ever with a digital one! but why no instructions? don't forget, that to increase the length of the ring you need to turn the timer right round and then back to the desired time setting..
