fits my bottle just fine, but the lid pops open incredibly easy. meaning you can't throw it in a bag, it can't tip over, etc. It might as well just be open at the top.

Defective design. I use my bottle regularly and have had to replace the cap twice for the same problem. The rubber cover for the spout tears. I wrote to Lifefactory, attached pics and receipts, and asked if they would send me a replacement. They didn't reply or acknowledge my email.
