Started with smashing burgers like I saw on YouTube, now has progressed to grilling just about everything we cook. It's Lodge solid, covers half our burners on the gas top and cooks everything just like off the Waffle House grill. We heat it up on the stove and also on our gas grill. The only thing to be ready for, it say it come seasoned, yet it's really not. But that's ok. We re-seasoned it a couple time (learned how on YouTube as well), and now it's the most non-stick surface one could expect. We have seasoned in both the oven and on the grill. The grill works better and doesn't smoke up the house.

I love having the versatility of griddle/grill. I gave it 2 on cleaning simply due to weight of item. Versatility is 5 because it is over everything you can do with it. So if you don’t mind a very heavy pride, but it As soon as possible. I suffer from a long time back injury, that’s why weight is an issue.

The griddle comes seasoned but simply follow the instructions and you'll have no issues. I use it on my Weber Genesis. This evening will be the 3rd time that I've used it. Nothing has stuck and everything so far has come on perfect. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

This is a great product. It's big, sturdy and you can cook on it all day, every day. And you pass it on to your children and grandchildren. It's heavy so you need to have muscles for it....but it's worth it.

I bought this,mainly, to replace my pancake griddle. It was a lot heavier than what I was used to but,it preformed well with good heat distribution. I haven't used the grill side yet. I'm sure that side will be as easy to clean as the griddle!
