This little gizmo works excellently for opening and pitting avocados and removing the flesh from the skin. I love to eat avocados but it was always kind of a hassle to slice them open, pit them, then get the good flesh out of the skin. This device does all of it SO QUICKLY!The flesh I remove with this tool is typically a little smashed up so if you're looking for Instagram-worth avocado slices, I suggest using a different method. Or maybe I just need to use the tool on slightly less-ripe avocados. In any case, I LOVE this tool and wish I had gotten it a long time ago.It cleans up super easily with a quick rinse to get any chunks off, then a trip through the dishwasher.
