I use this container with my sous vide machine and have owned it for about 5 months now. Overall it's a great value. The walls are thick enough to mount my circulator on there are custom lids that fit perfectly around the container. The markings are clear and easy to read and the container feels well built. I'll be looking to purchase more in different sizes soon.

We got this specifically for Sous Vide and used it more than we expected. In fact, we liked it so much that we bought a 2nd one for the ski house we were renting so we'd only have to trek the Sous Vide wand back and forth. Very good value compared to the fancy Sous Vide specific model. I did not notice much evaporation by not having a cover.

I was not sure what this would be and as it turns out this is a great tub for Sous Vide.light weight, yet strong and stable handles the heat with no issues and is a great size for my vac pac bags.Very happy with this.Yes I would recommend it.

Bought this to go with my new sous vide. Perfect size. I did go back and buy the lid which helps water to heat up faster. Just had to cut the hole in the lid for sous vide to fit in but easily done.
