My husband and I bought this because our kids love to get a cup every time they get a drink. If you have kids, you can totally relate.It was easy to install, and the size of it made it possible for us to put this in a subtle location. We have it installed in the space between our pantry and wall in the kitchen, where it isn't sticking out to be hit by one of our boys. They haven't complained once about multiple cups coming out at one time - if that does happen, they may not have said anything because it's super easy to put the extra one back from the top. We use store brand 9 ounce paper cups in our dispenser. It can hold up to 12 ounces, but we like being able to limit the possible messes caused by spilled drinks.

I'd prefer a solid finish like chrome. The smokey grey plastic makes it look cheap. It installed very easily. Twice, actually, because my wife didn't like where I originally installed it, so she moved it. I think she's right; it looks better in the new location, but don't tell her that. We've had it for about a month and the boys use it constantly. Instead of washable cups laying around that need to be washed, we now have empty paper cups that need to be tossed in the recycling bin. Hey, it's an improvement.

There's a bit of motion to it when mounted, so it can be a bit difficult to get a cup out, but it's not a deal breaker...I adjusted to it and, all things considered, like the product.

I have purchased 6 of these for work and they work wonders. We wanted to remove the amount of Styrofoam being used and transition into paper cups. These holders worked great. Only improvement would be to have the lid attachable.

This is a must-have for every kitchen. We had one at our old house that I kept near the water cooler for the grandkids, and missed it when we moved ... so had to purchase a new one.
